We evaluate the improvement activity and determine whether care is delivered as intended or an alternative improvement is required. We measure the progress through audits and assessments and document the evaluation methods and results.

Before commencing care, we will discuss and agree on the service cost, calculated based on the NDIS rate structure and varies depending on the services provided. We adhere to the NDIS Pricing Guidelines and maintain complete transparency by outlining our pricing clearly in the Service Agreement.
Our services are not limited to the NDIS we provide service to the general public.
